Principal Owner’s Story
Molly Mors is a finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning the for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from Washington State University. Additionally, Molly is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner, having earned her credentials from the Washington and Oregon State Board of Accountancy and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, respectively.
Throughout her career, Molly has held leadership positions, including Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. In these roles, she has overseen financial operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Molly also brings extensive experience in healthcare finance, having been responsible for financial reporting and improving financial system efficiencies. One of her notable roles was as the Revenue Cycle/HIPAA/Compliance Coordinator at Whitman Hospital and Medical Center, where she specialized in implementing new financial systems for critical access hospitals. Additionally, she spent over five years working for the Washington State Auditor’s Office, auditing hospitals, colleges, cities, and counties across Washington State, overseeing audits of financial reports, internal controls, and compliance.
Outside of her professional life, Molly enjoys staying active and embracing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She has completed several half marathons and enjoys hiking and running with her family, including their two huskies, to recharge.
